Your information
A little care
goes a long way.
How we handle information you share with the festival team.
Enquiries and volunteer interest
The contact and volunteer forms prepare a WhatsApp message with the details you enter. You review and send it in WhatsApp. Completing the form alone does not send your details or confirm a volunteer placement.
WhatsApp handles messages you choose to send. The festival team uses those details to reply to your enquiry or volunteer interest. The website does not store these form entries.
Your choices
Only share information needed for your enquiry. Please do not submit identity documents, financial details or sensitive personal information. We use your details for the enquiry or application, rather than adding you to a marketing list.
You can ask the festival team to correct or delete your submission by emailing info@rnbsoulfulgroovegathering.co.za.
Photographs and external links
The gallery preserves the festival’s existing public photo archive and photographer watermarks. Contact the team with the photograph’s description if you have a question or removal request.
Ticket purchases take place on Computicket. The Spotify playlist and YouTube films load only when you allow external media, or choose to load a player. You can change this choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Social media and media links open external websites with their own privacy policies. This website does not take payment details.
